六、报告简介:
Kalman decomposition is a standard result in classical linear systems theory. In this talk, we discuss the Kalman canonical form for quantum linear control systems. We show how this structural decomposition can be used to investigate decoherence-free modes, quantum non-demolition variables, and back-action evading phenomenon in quantum linear systems. The proposed theory will be demonstrated by several experiments from quantum optics and opto-mechanical systems, for example:
4. Light-mediated strong coupling between a mechanical oscillator and atomic spins 1 meter apart, Karg, Science 369:174–179, 2020.
